Let me introduce myself...

Hi there! My name is Karyn, and Byrd and Rose Designs is my brain child. To be honest, this little brand has taken on a mind of it's own and I'm rolling with it... so here we are, me typing this, you reading this...vibing (I like us already). I am a teacher of young people, a friend to all animals, and the keeper of the chonkiest CFO (chief feline officer) Polly Biscuits. 

I think one of the things I was most passionate about when starting this was giving back to people I love the most... educators and students...but how? I am sure it's not surprising to most people that teachers often keep snacks, bandaids, hygiene supplies, hair supplies, deodorant, safety pins (I could go on) in their desks for students (same-sies). Most (if not all) of this comes out of our own pockets, and teachers do it anyway... because we LOVE our students, and want them to be able to learn. With your purchase, 5% of every dollar will go towards creating a desk supply kit for teachers giving them much needed things for their students.
